Service requests
A phone or WhatsApp enquiry is a request for availability. Dispatch is confirmed only after the team accepts the location, vehicle details, proposed service, price and estimated arrival.
Arrival estimates
“From 25 minutes” is an estimated starting arrival time, not a guarantee. Actual timing depends on the exact location, Dubai traffic, parking or security access, weather and technician availability.
Inspection and safety
The technician may refuse or stop work when the location is unsafe, access is restricted, the requested repair is unsuitable, or additional specialist recovery is required. Tyre repair suitability depends on damage position, size and tyre condition.
Pricing and additional work
The quoted amount covers the service described during confirmation. Different tyre sizes, battery specifications, hidden damage, access difficulties or additional requested work may change the price. Any change should be explained before additional work begins.
Jump start service
A jump start is a callout service and does not confirm that the battery is healthy. If battery replacement is recommended, ask about the replacement option and total price before authorising further work.
Customer information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate location, vehicle and access details and for obtaining building, parking or roadside permission when required.
